Free services... what is the catch?

Companies offering to analyse your bill for free or undertake other work at no cost typical are not a charity. In most cases they will receive an indirect payment (commission or sign up fee) if you accept their recommendation. Best practice in undertaking a review is to investigate the companies and to seek a written assurance they are not receiving any benefit from Carriers or Vendors.
